90 Days Return/Exchange Policy
Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at Maketrugift. Please carefully review our 90-day Return/Exchange Policy, effective from the date of purchase. Familiarize yourself with the coverage categories and procedures outlined below.
FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy (Maketrugift covers return and replacement fees):
We sent the wrong order or item(s)
Wrong or lost shipment.
The wrong or mismatched size was delivered
Any items are broken at the time of delivery
Poor product quality or a defective product (such as open lines, broken, stained, unclear pictures, rendering or lettering, etc.) where exchange of the same product or item(s) of equal or lesser value can be done.
LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy (Customer is responsible for return and replacement fees, shipping fees are non-refundable. A 30% Customization Fee based on the unit price of each returned product will be deducted when processing the refund): Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
NON-COVERED Reasons:
Damage to Products Caused by Exposure to Corrosive Substances or Chemicals.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Items that have been used, worn, soiled, or damaged due to customer handling. It's not the product itself, but rather the other items or gifts that come with the order.
Products that exceed the return processing time limit (90 days after the order was placed).
Return/Exchange Procedure:
- Contact our customer service representatives to request return/exchange authorization instructions.
- Email clear photos of the items representing quality issues.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
- Return/exchange will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your item(s).
- You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that refund processing may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Cancellation Policy: Once your order is submitted, production on personalized items begins immediately. To cancel your purchase, a 30% restocking fee applies. Amendments to this policy may occur, and any changes will be published on this page.
Return Address (only for receiving return items): For return instructions and address, please contact our customer service. They will provide you with return/exchange instructions and the appropriate return address.
