Made-to-Order Process: All items offered on Maketrugift are made-to-order, ensuring the highest quality for each unique item. When you place an order, we print your item/s individually, one at a time, to provide you with the best quality products.

Global Collaboration: We collaborate with various artists and manufacturers worldwide, allowing us to offer exceptional pricing on our products. While this global collaboration is the key to our unique offerings, it also influences the delivery times outlined below.

Shipping Carriers: We utilize reputable shipping carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and Local Post, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Order Processing: Orders are processed upon payment acceptance, and we strive to fulfill them promptly.

Shipping & Handling:

During busy special occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, please be aware that estimated time of arrival (ETA) might extend by a few days.

Delivery Time:

Normally, the production time for our orders is 2-3 working days, and the delivery time is the production time plus the shipping time.

Additional Notes:

  • The mentioned time frame applies to orders within the US using standard shipping methods.
  • Orders from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take an additional 7-10 days.
  • Delivery to military regions is currently limited.
  • Large orders (Canvas, Poster) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately for secure delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

International Orders: For international orders, please anticipate additional days for customs processing. We regret any inconvenience caused by potential delivery delays due to customs procedures.

Order Tracking and Assistance: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If there is no information available initially, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Contact us if the estimated arrival date has passed, and we will assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address: Ensure accurate address information at checkout. Maketrugift is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If you need to redirect your parcel after it leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
